Causes of transmission shifting

  Causes of transmission shift skipping defect:

  l) Due to the excessive wear of the gear teeth of the variable speed gear, gear sleeve or synchronizer cone, a rudiment is formed along the direction of the tooth length, and an axial thrust is generated when the gear is meshed, which is also affected by the inertia of vibration and speed change during the work, forcing the meshed gear

  It disengages along the axial direction;

  2) The gear can't mesh normally because of zigzag deformation, excessive wear, loose fixed screw or deformation of gear lever;

  3) The self-locking equipment is worn loose, and the tension spring is lack or broken, resulting in the lack of locking force, which makes the shift fork shaft unable to locate reliably;

  4) The gear or gear sleeve is worn too much and is worn into a cone along the tooth length direction;

  5) The shaft and bearing are severely worn, the axial clearance is too large, or the first and second shafts are not parallel to the central shaft, which makes the gears can not mesh normally and shake up and down, resulting in gear jumping;

  6) The spline tooth of shaft and spline groove of sliding gear are worn too much;

  7) The second shaft spline is distorted or the key tooth is worn and transited, and the lock nut is loose, which leads to the forward and backward movement of the shaft or gear;

  8) The synchronizer lock pin is loose, the synchronizer is loose or the length direction of the joint tooth is worn seriously;

  9) The transmission is not fixed firmly.
